Nursery | Birth – Three Years Old
Our nursery is a warm, nurturing environment designed for children from birth to age three. We consider each child a blessing from God and strive to provide a safe, loving environment for the youngest members of our church family. Each room is staffed with a paid child care worker and volunteers who love children and are committed to sharing God’s love with them.
Children in the infant and one year old classrooms are cared for in a fun, loving environment. Age appropriate snacks and toys are provided. Toys are sanitized after each service. Videos that are shown are either Christian or educational themed. It is our goal for your children to see the love of Christ through the care they receive when they are with us.
Children in the two and three year old classrooms participate in the First Look curriculum. First Look is designed to give toddlers a first impression of their loving, heavenly Father. It is designed to be simple and fun, repeating one basic truth about God all month. Activities, crafts, bible stories and worship time are all part of the plan to help a child believe three key things:
- God made me
- God loves me
- Jesus is my friend forever
Parent take home resources which include activity ideas and conversation starters are provided. These resources encourage parents to reinforce these truths at home.
