To some, we may be "staff."  To us, we're family.  We can't help but be, given the experiences we've lived together, challenges we've rallied for, close quarters we've worked in, and common passion we share for building meaningful relationships.

We love serving together, and we love including others in the adventure: volunteer leaders and teams, people pursuing community and growth in small groups, others simply curious about God or church. Regardless of individual titles, our shared job description is attract people to Christ and build His body of believers.  In a nutshell, it's not about us.  It's about showing His love through us.

Joe Urcavich
Senior Pastor

joeu@gbcommunitychurch.com
Joe started as Senior Pastor of GBCC in March of 1983. His main responsibilities at GBCC are teaching, coaching, mentoring, and counseling. Joe and Arlis have been married for 36 years and have two grown children and five grandchildren. When asked what he likes most about his job, his answer was, "The people." Funny, that's also what he said he likes the least! Joe is also Chaplain for the Green Bay Packers. His favorite colors are green and gold. Go figure.

Sue Beauchamp

sueb@gbcommunitychurch.com
Four kids, a husband, a dog, a cat and fish all round out the Beauchamp home. Sue is married to Ron, their kids are Josh, Emily, Zach, and Brianna. She has been working at GBCC since January 2005. She gets to talk all day long while looking out a wall of windows with a nice view, and do life with wonderful, caring, encouraging co-workers in an office that is filled with love and laughter. Sue loves On Golden Pond ("Norman, the loons are back"), snuggling with her kids, and unexpected trips to Iowa.

Shelly Jarosinski
Administrative Assistant

shellyj@gbcommunitychurch.com
Shelly works part-time at GBCC in Student Ministries as well as Women's Ministries.  Working part-time allows for a lot of freedom to be with her husband and their two teenage boys.  Did you know that raising teenagers is like nailing Jello to a tree?  Shelly loves funny movies, listening to kids belly laugh, and anything chocolate.  She is kind and soft-spoken, but at times will surprise you with her candor – bless her heart.

Tracy Laine
Administrative Assistant

tracyl@gbcommunitychurch.com
A former VP of Operations at a local insurance firm, Tracy has come to enjoy the fun-loving environment at GBCC. She and her husband Gherud have been married since 1991 and have two cats and three very small dogs. Tracy works on the KidsQuest Team and the Communications Team. Her least favorite thing about working at GBCC is the fact that there is always food here. Remember Tracy, veggies: good – chocolate: bad.

Cindy Mosch
Administrative Assistant

cindym@gbcommunitychurch.com
For ten years Cindy has been gracing the doorstep of GBCC as the person who schedules all the rooms at GBCC, controls the master calendar and room set-ups, handles membership, weddings, and whatever else Pete tells her to do (as long as it is legal, honest, and moral). Cindy is married to Bob and has one daughter, Chelsea. She loves people, dark humor, mysteries, and the color pink.

Colleen Connors
Adult Ministries Director

colleenc@gbcommunitychurch.com She has three children, Justin, Josie and Jenna, and a grandson. She loves The Sound of Music, I Love Lucy, the color red, and walking in the rain. Does this sound like single's ad?  That's Ok, because gentlemen, she is single. What Colleen likes best about her job is the fact that she and her co-workers are a team in the truest sense.  She oversees Support Ministries such as DivorceCare, 12 Step Recovery, GriefShare and other support services.

Joan Johnson
Arts/Ministry Development Director

joanj@gbcommunitychurch.com

A fan of Tommy Boy, Andy is young and single. He started working on the Building Operations team in May 2007. Andy likes the color red, the TV show Stargate, and science fiction. He's also a cameraman at a local TV station. Don't say anything, but we're hoping we can somehow take advantage of him and use his media skills on our tech team.

    Rick Ledvina
Building Services

Rick has been married to Sheryl since 1988 and together they have three kids - Christopher, Katie, and Beth. Interestingly enough he also works for the Brown County park system and actually lives on the grounds of one of the most beautiful parks in the area. He likes watching three TV shows at once (he is a man with a remote after all), Funniest Home Videos, and the color green.

    Dave Hill
Building Services

Dave is married, has two daughters, and enjoys the hit TV show House. We can only hope that he has a better bedside manner than the illustrious Dr. House, so you'd better prepare yourself in case he doesn't. Dave began working at GBCC in May 2007, when he joined our Building Operations team for "something to do" in addition to his full-time job and family.

Patrick and Patricia have been married for twelve years. If you want to score points with Patrick, just talk to him about the old Star Trek or Kung Fu TV shows - he loves them.  You'll be his best friend if you tell him The Outlaw Jose Wales is your favorite movie. You don't have to mean it, just saying the words will be enough.

Kim Sechler
Community Life Pastor
kims@gbcommunitychurch.com
Kim and Beth have been married long enough to have three children. Kim, a native Texan, used to be a forester, but got tired of talking to insects, squirrels and trees. After a 27-year stint with Campus Crusade for Christ, Kim came to work at GBCC. Kim is such a nice guy that his all-time favorite TV show is Bonanza because he liked the way the brothers interacted with each other and their father. There is not a sarcastic bone in Kim's body and we like that. He balances the rest of us out!

We'll make believe we didn't hear that…

He has seamlessly fit in - how can you not love a guy who's a huge Star Wars Trilogy fan. Danny is married to Carisa and they have two sons, Tanner and Max. Before coming to GBCC, he was a self-employed musician as well as a teacher. Rumor has it that he is one of the most accomplished drummers in the state.
