Ministries holding church wide events may put flyers on chairs during weekend services if pre-approved by the office of the Communication & Connection Director.  A church wide event is one that is open to all church attendees without regard for age or gender.

Your ministry is responsible to place and replenish flyers for all the services.  No more than one ministry per weekend may place flyers on chairs.  All flyers must be removed after the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday.  All flyers must be pre-approved by the Communication & Connection Director.

A ministry may not use chair flyers for more than one weekend for any single event.
