Ministries may promote their church sponsored events on overhead announcements (pre-service) slides before the weekend services.  Basic information about your event is flashed on the screen for the congregation to see.

1. Basic information is displayed:  ministry name, event name, date, and location.
2. Overhead information is taken from room reservations and church calendar information.  (A standard, short overhead is automatically provided when your event is placed on the calendar and you indicate "bulletin" on the Event Form.) Any events with rooms booked after noon on Wednesday will not be mentioned.
