Groups return plan

PHASE ONE
• Request strict safe distancing
• Reach out to groups and leaders for questions about our rollout plan
• All groups are prepared to meet via Zoom if meeting in person is not possible or desired
• Offer in-person (up to 10) and/or combo with virtual groups if needed
• Small groups can meet w/restrictions (Must reserve rooms through staff so we can make sure they are on the schedule and facilities is aware)
     - Masks encouraged
     - Sanitizer stations
     - Use thermal Scanners to read temp
     - No handshakes
     - No coffee or food (unless bring your own)
     - Spaced seating
     - Stay home if sick
     - Intense clean of high touchpoint areas
• Outdoor gatherings w/ 6 ft. distancing restrictions
• Sign up with Eventbrite for events to make sure we do not go over 10 people.


PHASE TWO

• Groups meet at church with restrictions
     - Masks preferred
     - Sanitizer stations
     - Use thermal scanners to read temp
     - No handshakes
     - No coffee or food (unless bring your own)
     - Spaced seating
• Larger groups are limited to Gym, Chapel,  Training Center or outdoors
     - Stay home if sick
     - Intense clean of high touchpoint areas
• Continue Social Media connections for those that do not want to meet in person
• Sign up with Eventbrite for events to make sure we do not go over 50 people


PHASE THREE
• Remove safe distancing
• Groups and small gatherings meet at church
     - Masks optional
     - Sanitizer Stations
     - Handshakes (optional)
     - Coffee allowed
     - Pre-packaged food allowed
     - Spaced seating based on individual discretion
     - Stay home if sick
     - Intense clean of high touchpoint areas

• Continue with Zoom groups if needed, and still connect over social media
• No more snow days, will Zoom for inclement weather
