Students in 9th through 12th grades gather together at HSM (High School Ministry) to take their next spiritual step in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Each Sunday night we meet as a large group at the church from 6:30 - 8:00. These large group gatherings are designed to allow students to explore what it means to follow Jesus. This is a great night to invite their friends who may not be connected to a church. Each night includes fun, music, and teaching. Students will find this to be a safe space to begin connecting with both God and our ministry.
Experience has shown time and again, that the primary location for spiritual growth is in the context of smaller groups of people. It can be very easy to get lost in a large group of students on a Sunday night, and even easier to blend into the crowd and not take your faith to the next level. Home Groups are our attempt to give students a chance to move to that next step in their relationship with Jesus. Home Groups will be divided by gender and age and will meet Wednesdays in homes around Howard.

Our vision is that HSM students would GO out and be the church. We take an annual servant leadership experience/mission trip (http://www.servantleadershipexperience.org) every summer through LEAD222 (http://www.lead222.com).
