The upcoming Green Bay Community Church sermon series beginning Sunday, April 28 is called 7 — as in seven miraculous insights from the gospel of John.

Pastor Troy Murphy said the series, which will run for the next seven Sundays, will show the theological and symbolic significance of what Jesus was and is doing for us and the entire world. Here’s a breakdown of the series:

Jesus came to take us from the empty way of man’s religion into a living and joyful releationship with Him.

We are saved by grace through faith.

Our own futile works are insufficient to save us. We need Jesus to save us.

A demonstration of His supernatural care and provision for those who seek Him.

Because of His miraculous power, we can easily accomplish things through Him that would be all but impossible on our own.

If we allow it, He can cause even the lowliest person born spiritually blind to see and believe.

All who believe in Him will live even though they die.
