ONGOING PROGRAMMING
PRACTICING THE WAY GROUPS
We are encouraging all of our church community to join one of our small groups that will be walking through Practicing the Way alongside of the Sunday morning teaching series. Groups for men, women, or co-ed meet at different dates, times and locations, and childcare may be available for some groups, so you can choose the option that's best for you! This is a great way to get plugged into Community. For more information on each group, you can visit gbcc.me/groups.
ALPHA
Got questions about life and faith? Everyone should have the chance to explore the Christian faith, ask questions, and share their point of view.
Alpha is a series of group conversations spanning 10 weeks that explore life, spirituality, and faith through a Christian lens. We create a non-judgmental and open environment where it's easy for anyone who is atheist, skeptic, or just curious about faith to explore questions about life with new friends.
Alpha consists of a free meal, video talk and group discussion. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Alpha is run all over the globe and everyone is welcome.
Our current session of Alpha will run through Wednesday, May 22 at Station 1 Brewing Company. Click here for more information and to register.
USE THE GIFT
Use The Gift is a class designed for those who have completed Navigate. Now that you’ve found some clarity around your spiritual charisma gift, how are you going to use it? Join us as we explore specific ways in which your gift can be used, or not used, for the greatest potential fruit. Use the Gift will run April 14 & 21 and May 5 & 19. Sign up here.
RUN FOR GOD
Did you know that running could be an effective way to strengthen one’s faith? Do you want to connect with other women while relating exercise to your walk with Christ?
If so, please consider joining us as we embark on the Run for God 5K Challenge that focuses on the parallels between faith and endurance. This gradual 12-week training plan has taken many people who have never run before to a point where they can run a 5K! If you aren’t interested in running but want to walk a 5K, you are welcome to join us as well.
We will meet on the GBCC Campus on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 pm through May 8. Learn more and register here.
