Join Robin Nelson RYT200 for Chapel Yoga and scriptural meditation- a sacred space that allows growth and intimacy in Christ.
1 Special Length 2 hour Restorative Class including reflection and journaling time, and ending in light refreshment and time to connect. Water and light snacks provided.
Donation based class, we suggest $8 but any amount above or below that is appreciated!
Mixed ability levels, mixed ages, and men and women both welcome.

Yoga is intended to connect the whole being – mind, body and spirit. Using a series of movements (“poses”) designed to allow for the use of deep muscles and to increase the bodies’ natural flexibility, you are able to develop space to experience things physically that may never have been accessible to you before. But even greater than this, yoga is a practice intended to create space for mind, heart, and body connection. Chapel Yoga is prayer and scriptural meditations with Christ at the center which will accompany movement, and give you tools to foster your relationship with God.
