Our opportunity

Currently there are 600 children (285 families) registered with The Giving Tree, which provides food and other resources for students and families in need in the Howard-Suamico School District.

Our direction

Acts 20:35 — In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.'

Our value

We financially support The Giving Tree because it provides individuals the chance to participate in educational opportunities and school events that they otherwise couldn’t do. These efforts will give students the confidence to excel into enthusiastic learners, and ultimately, become productive citizens of our community. The Ripple Initiative will expand our ability to support this effort.

Our prayer

Lord, may we be generous to those who are in need. Provide the resources that we can use to support children and families in the Howard-Suamico area. Help us to expand our ability to reach out to more people and give out of a spirit of your love.
